Applications are invited for a temporary appointment on a contract basis to the post of Project Assistant at Enadimangalam Grama Panchayat. Vacancy: 1. Qualification: A three-year Diploma in Commercial Practice (DCP) or Diploma in Computer Application and Business Management conducted by the State Controller of Technical Examinations (Board of Technical Education); OR a degree recognized by universities in Kerala along with a pass in a recognized Diploma in Computer Application or Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application (duration of not less than one year). Age limit: Between 18 and 30 years. The Secretary has announced that eligible candidates should submit their applications on plain paper—accompanied by copies of certificates proving their qualifications—to the Enadimangalam Grama Panchayat office by 3:00 PM on October 28, 2026.
